She was awarded a Local Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV located in Miami. She has also worked as a reporter at WPLG-TV Miami, and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. The station hired her as anchor on ESPN2 in 1993. After three years, she resigned from ESPN2 and joined Fox Sports. In 1999 she was hired by ESPN to host 'Monday Night Countdown.
