Keira Knightley
The actress was born in London to actor Will Knightley and Sharman Macdonald, Knightley obtained an agent when she was just six years old and performed in commercials and TV films. She was in 1999 when she portrayed Sabe on Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Following her international success for her role in the fantasy television series Pirates of the Caribbean in 2003, as Elizabeth Swann (a swashbuckling footballer) and was able to appear in the sports drama Bend It Like Beckham in which she played the tomboy. In 2003, she was a star in the romance comedy Love Actually and was called a promising young woman. Knightley earned the Academy Award nomination for Best Actress for her performance as Elizabeth Bennet in Pride & Prejudice (2005). In addition to Atonement and Pride & Prejudice, she also played in the role of Georgiana Cavendish who was the popular tastemaker of The Duchess and Anna Karenina's famous socialite. In the contemporary dramas she played an uninitiated music student as in Begin Again (2012) and as a doctor in Jack Ryan Shadow Recruit (2013). Knightley made a return to historical movies in The Imitation Game in 2014 in which she received an nomination to win an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress.
